The publishing failed but the service definition and all the data was left in the content directory. Portal had no idea it existed and so I couldn't delete it through the web Web GUI. The only reason I noticed is&nbsp;because i ran out of disk space (due the the failed publishing).</P><P></P><P>To combat this I would like to see a utility that scans the Portal content directory for orphaned and redundant item folders.
