idea Flexibility on Custom Roles - Allowing Admins to control what type of content users are able to publish in ArcGIS Enterprise Ideas

Allowing GIS administrators to have more flexibility to better govern the enterprise environment. Example when working at a large organization and your user needs a creator license to create feature services and maps, but as an admin you want to control what applications are published so there is not thousands of items that were published without your knowledge. This can help the administrative side to not have to audit environments daily. Currently you can only control who can see their content - not what content they can publish. I would like that to change as data governance is coming to the forefront of many organizations with AI being leveraged.
