ArcGIS Server rest directory Error Message

Dear ESRI Team,

As a Security best practice, when we disable the ArcGIS Server rest directory follow these instructions https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/linux/disabling-the-services-directory.htm. we see that ArcGIS Server rest service directory gives an error

ArcGIS REST Framework

Error: The administrator has disabled the Services Directory.
Code: 403

I think we should have the option to amend this error with a more meaningful full text, as this confuses end users.
