    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have the ability to add metadata to a field.&amp;nbsp; Add additional descriptions, update procedures, sensitivity, etc. about each individual field in a dataset.&amp;nbsp; It would then be nice to have this data be available when published or using the data in ArcGIS Pro to be available when hovering over a field.&amp;nbsp; This would make it clearer and simpler to show other users what a field means and how to update/manage the data in that field.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
