Allow additional filtering options for BDFS datasets

Currently (10.9.1) Big Data File Share (BDFS) dataset filtering in the portal map viewer (GeoAnalytic Feature Analysis Tools) and ArcGIS Pro (2.9.5 and 3.1.0) is limited.

In the map viewer a BDFS dataset is limited to one query. The query options (i.e equal to, not equal to, etc) are limiting as well. For example there doesn't seem to be date range query option. Ideally multiple queries could be stacked with and/or groupings.

In ArcGIS Pro there is no filtering options for BDFS datasets at all. Similarly to the above, multiple queries with and/or groupings and the ability to import a query exactly the same as select by attribute functionality would be extremely useful as users can leverage their existing saved off queries to apply against big datasets.
