    <description>&lt;P&gt;Government and many other regulated industries are required to have data retention policies. Since the tool out of the box does not have ways to support that, please seperate Delete from Create/Update/Delete on the role permissions so we can at least restrict who has the ability to delete content.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Crossposted to the AGOL group.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
