    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you add an unzipped .CSV file to your Contents it offers you the opportunity to publish a hosted feature service. However, what it doesn't offer is the ability to specify the coordinate system. Our organization uses a specific Geographic Coordinate System with a specific datum to meet regulatory requirements and our users could use this tool if only it had this capability.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
