    <description>&lt;P&gt;Right now the migration command on groups is limited to Administrators only.&amp;nbsp; I see no reason not to allow group owners/managers to export a groups contents.&amp;nbsp; I really don't like having all my developers as portal administrators just so they can migrate their code from one environment to another.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
