Use feature class alias or metadata title as the item title when Bulk Publishing

Set the title of items being published through Bulk Publishing to use the feature class alias as the title for the item or, if syncing metadata is enabled, use the title from the metadata to set the item title.

Currently I have to go through and manually change the item title of every new map and feature service that is published using Bulk Publishing. That is not so back when it is only a layer or two, but the experience is time consuming when Bulk Publishing many layers at once.
