idea Enhanced 3D Support in ArcGIS Server (OpenGL) drop ArcExplorer/ArcGlobe in ArcGIS Enterprise Ideas

OpenGL is becoming a standard display mechanism for KML and other xml based data. Why can there not be a "3D" plugin to both the API (Flex,JS,...) and ArcGIS Server making them 3D aware? ArcGlobe and ArcExplorer are becoming antiquated. ESRI should be the first to launch a flex based 3D OpenGL viewer. This would surpass and depricate many of Google's Services (Google Earth, Flex3D API, ...).

I don't have any problem with adding support for OpenGL for Server but for those of us that develop standalone tools where there isn't any Internet access this is a bad ideal to drop AGX and ArcGlobe.
