Microsoft Azure Technical Preview - Can't Publish to Managed Database

I am running through the Technical Preview and have been able to get everything to run but when I attempt to publish a feature service to the managed database the process fails. The sql database is registered and seems to validate ok as I get a green check mark. I see the following logs on ArcGIS Server.

Any help would be appreciated.

I should have also noted I am using ArcGIS Server 10.3 and don't have any issues with publishing an image service.

Hi Luke,

You need to register the SDE database from "Register Database" option in Data Store (apart from Managed database).

Once registered, I hope it will resolve the issue.

When you click the drop-down button, you will get two options.

1) Register Database

2) Register Database (Managed)

Need to use the option 1.

Thanks again for your reply. I'm not sure I understand why I need to do that but I tried it anyway and I still get the same errors. Any other ideas?
