Program will not open KML file from MassMapper. Message says to set "DtdProcessing property" to ON. How do i do that?

I think the problem is in generation of KML file by MASSMAPPER.

Sorry, threw away file. I remain convinced it was not generated correctly by MassMapper, either through my error or theirs. ArcGis Pro also could not read it.
