How do I create an animation if time interval is on the column

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on the animation of the change of water storage at the watershed. Currently I successfully created the map that attached the change of water storage to the map I wanted.

However, here is the problem: the changing time is on the first row instead of column, and the "time" function on the ArcGIS can only make column into the time slide or animation.

Here is the sample.

The time is the first row. I must find a way to either transpose it, or convert this shapefile into multiple files with only data for each month.

Is it possible? Thank you.
