If it is, then you might need to check the network issue. ArcGIS Earth uses the same proxy settings as Internet Explorer by default.       <title>I'm having trouble with ArcGIS Earth resolution</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I zoom in, manually or open a .kmz, the aerial imagery is unidentifiable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas as to why this is happening?&amp;nbsp; See attachment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
