      <title>I only get a BLACK SCREEN</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, helvetica, 'helvetica neue', verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I just installed ArcGIS Earth on a Windows 7 machine with 20GB ram. After waiting for at least 15 minutes, all I get is a black screen. When I load shapefiles from either my ArcGIS online or from my hard drive, they don't show up either, just a black screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, 'helvetica neue', verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How do I get ArcGIS Earth to work? This black screen is very frustrating.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, 'helvetica neue', verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I have no problem using other "earth" programs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Using an NVIDIA Quadro FX 3500 Video card. I am connected to a local domain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what settings are needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what you write, your graphics card won't work.&amp;nbsp; We absolutely require DirectX 11 support and use (not just compatibility, which is why VMWARE doesn't work in many cases).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
