Dissociate attribute export (TXT,CSV) and geometry export (KMZ) of TableDataExport

Users can export their selections from the Attribute table with the Export selected button* :

* if the <enableTableDataExport> of the configuration file is set to "True"

The exports can be in TXT, CSV or KMZ.

It would be great for admins to be able to choose to enable or disable independently the attributes exports (TXT and CSV) and the geometry export (KMZ).
