Yes that has been done. It seems to validate the Portal license through the popup login window, but as the program opens, it gives that popup saying 'user is not licensed to use Drone2Map' even though the Portal page says the user is licensed.

We recently assigned our Drone2Map license to Portal. The login window lets me use the Portal interface to login, however once the program opens we get this popup (No license for user) and the program is closes out.

Any ideas on how to solve?

Thanks.

Issue was we had a custom role, that Portal wasn't recognizing as a publisher. We have since fixed the issue. Thanks for everyone's help.
