We recently determined that Drone2Map will crash in certain circumstances if it is installed after ArcGIS Pro. Try this: Leave Drone2Map installed, remove ArcGIS Pro and reinstall. You may also want to try starting Drone2Map in between (after removing ArcGIS Pro).
