How do I install 10.5.1 tutorial data?

I've just installed ARC GIS 10.5.1, where is the tutorial data? Do I have to download it from a website?

There is a Tutorial Data setup available from MyEsri.

Adding tutorial data—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

Click My Organizations and then click Downloads.

Click Data and Content and then navigate to the ArcGIS Desktop tutorial data set and click Download

Unfortunately I'm not seeing "downloads" in MyEsri, nor if I click Help | ArcGIS Desktop. Perhaps the route to finding tutorials is different when you're on a trial version?
