      <title>ESRI Runtime engine license</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed ArcGIS 10.1. It has its own license file. I have another software. It needs ArcGIS runtime engine license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed that too. Now both ArcGIS and my software does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can some help me understand why ArcGIS does not recognize its own license file provided by ESRI?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
