Configuration system failed to initialize."</STRONG></EM></P><P></P><P>I tried the following solutions:</P><P>1. Repair install of ArcGIS</P><P>2. Delete config file in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\ESRI\DefaultDomain_Path_eobgy3gnudg2yotqmwb0iplljsghcsqc\10.2.2.3552</P><P>3.
