Uninstall Problem - One or More ArcGIS Version 0 Products Installed

We are having a problem uninstalling ArcGIS Engine 10.2.1. A reinstall or uninstall attempt yields this error message. Notice the version "0".

May version '0' is referring to after the decimal...what did the help say?

Google search was unable to find any instances of the mention of the phrase, "One or more ArcGIS version 0". I was hoping to avoid calling ESRI but I may need to.

No clue if this will help or not, but has the computer been rebooted since the uninstall?

I have used the registry cleanup tool in ccleaner to fix problems similar to this in the past.

This was resolved. IObit Uninstaller - Download This free software uninstalled it with no problem. We did try Ccleaner and it still had trouble uninstalling.
