Arcmap Crashed during start up " loading documents"

last week. I found my Arcmap crashed during starting "loading documents"

I tried all the methods from websites. like change regedit to 2.7-32; delete Normal.mxt; reinstall Arcmap 10.1.

Nothing is better.

I just want to know what documents will be load during start.

I just changed printer recently.

ArcCatalog 10.1;ArcScene 10.1 are ok

Hello @baijiang,

The crash you are encountering sounds a lot like the crash described here: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000008182

When you apply either of the solutions/workarounds outlined in the article does ArcMap still crash? This should help us to determine if the new default printer is the culprit or not.

ARGH!gis to printers! I have had complications simply by fault of printers 🙂 I feel your pain.
