Does ArcGIS Desktop have compatibility issue with FME Desktop?

I've ArcGIS Desktop 10.4.1 (32 bit) and FME Desktop 2019 (64 bit) installed on the same system, is it going to create any compatibility issue?

I have myself left ArcGIS Desktop due to all the improvements and new features that has come into ArcGIS Pro. Why not go over to ArcGIS Pro? Anyway, I would have studied this pages if you still use these versions for compatibillity with Python-versions: https://docs.safe.com/fme/2019.1/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_Workbench/Workbench/Python-Compatibility.htm .
