    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="text-align: left;"&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="text-align: left;"&gt;As&lt;BR /&gt;far as I know you cannot de authorize when there are borrow licenses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="text-align: left;"&gt;If&lt;BR /&gt;you could you could just borrow all licenses for a year and then de authorize&lt;BR /&gt;and authorize again and you will have twice the amount of licenses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="text-align: left;"&gt;You&lt;BR /&gt;can see in the license manager that licenses are borrowed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="text-align: left;"&gt;Mody&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
