your screen isn't attaching. If your respond to your thread, not via email notifications, but by clicking on the title. you should see a "Use Advanced editor" link to the top right of the thread you are writing in. You have to use the advanced editor to see the Attach link. When attaching, you must wait until it is fully loaded before you complete the post

It would have been nice if the error message included info on the "other products" that are causing the conflict. Do you have any other products installed with a dependency on ArcGIS? Any software open / active during the install? From what version are you upgrading?

I had ArcGIS 10.3.1 running on my system and uninstalled it before trying to install 10.6.1. After extraction, the system started installation and checking for system requirement before prompting this error message "Upgrade requirement not met" and the same message when trying to reinstall 10.3.1.

Please provide a screenshot of the ArcGIS Products listed in your Uninstall Programs. Make sure to include the version column.

Type program in the search box on desktop, and choose Programs and Features from the list

I have the same problem, with the "Upgrade requirement not met"

I don't understand what is this "Uninstall Programs" section, can you show me where it is ?

That would be helpfull, I'm really need to install ArcGis
