      <title>License Manager - Cannot send the authorization request</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to authorize a License Manager on a machine that does have an internet connection but still, I get an error as the PC was not connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can be that the port used for communicating is closed? Or the license manager is not allowed to communicate?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestion on the procedure to be followed is much appreciated as I am not mastering on Firewall issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the steps for Offline Authorization&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/get-started/installation-guide/authorization-wizard.htm"&gt;http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/get-started/installation-guide/authorization-wizard.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure these Ports (27000-27009) are open in firewall.
