ArcMap fail with graphics card HD Graphics 530

Hi all

The HD Graphics 530 is very common on-board graphic card.

When we have driver 21.20.16 everything is fine. When we install the newer version 25.20.100 ArcMap crash on start.

ArcCatalog starts OK but when you try to preview any data it crashs too.

Win10, tested with ArcMap 10.7.1

Anybody uses this graphic card and see this problem?

I'll have to hunt around for a system with an HD Graphics 530 chip running Windows 10. But would note otherwise that a 25.20.100 driver (you don't indicate the specific build) is at least 6 builds back -- current is 26.20.100.7000. Please update [1] a system or two and test if Intel has improved the 32-bit support that would impact ArcGIS ArcMap graphics.

We failed to install the version 26 driver. I do not remember why. We will try it again and let you know (The system is not connected to the web).

If you can find a machine with the same graphic card it will be great.

When we try to install the 26.x driver we get the error that it is not supported by this processor type - why???
