    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed 10.5 on a computer that was recently upgraded to WIndows 10.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Now I can only install add-ins as an administrator and the add-ins only show up when I log in as an administrator or run Desktop as an administrator.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; How can I get them to work as a regular Windows user?&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
