Sometimes, people try to forward emails from one to another and they have issues.&amp;nbsp; My students have had this problem in the past when they tried to get emails forwarded to their home account... many times, the esri ones don't get through for some reason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It has been a while I had used a trial.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems they have changed a few things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For an ArcGIS Desktop trial, you need to download and use ArcGIS Pro (ArcMap trial is not available).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also trial is available for 23 days (for me). After logging in to ArcGIS Online &amp;gt; Click Your Profile (Top-right of the page) &amp;gt; Trial Downloads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="359264" class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/359264_pastedImage_1.png" style="width: auto; height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Download ArcGIS Pro from Access Software tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="359266" class="image-2 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/359266_pastedImage_3.png" style="width: auto; height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After downloading ArcGIS Pro, click on Activate Software to learn the steps of authorizing ArcGIS Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
