Issue with search function in Arc 10.5

I have had this issue for at least the last 4 months. When I open the search menu it is always overlaid whether I keep it to the side or have it as its own window I never see the full view of the first result. A couple of weeks ago I was having other issues and did a complete reinstall and still after that it doesn't show up right.

Has anybody else had this issue? Any idea on how to fix it?

Does it happen in ArcCatalog also?

I notice you have a lot of items 'pinned' to the right ... try closing them one at a time and see if it has any affect on the search dialog

It appears correct in the catalog. I will look into resetting the application profile

Closing the diffferent items doesn't seem to affect the search at all. I will keep looking for solutions. Thanks for the help
