Hi Sasha,

To use excel files in Pro, you'll need to install the Microsoft Access Database Engine driver. If you have the 64 bit application, you'll need to install the driver silently. Instructions can be found here: Work with Microsoft Excel files in ArcGIS Pro—Excel | ArcGIS Desktop

Is it when your trying to connect to our database?

We had the opposite problem. We set up Portal using 64 bit.

click on your Windows Icon and open your program list. Navigate down and see which Oracle Client you have installed. You can have both 32 and 64 installed.

However, I think you would be best off getting your IT department involved.
