I'm foregin student. I have problem in installing arc gis

Hi I'm student in republic of Korea

I'm not good at English

but I'm urgent that I'm writing..

I have been using arg gis version 10.2.1 but today

I want to reinstall more high version 10.2.2 so I remove

arc gis 10.2.1 than I download arcgis 10.2.2.

but, when I install arc gis , an error message pops up " error 1704 An installation for ArcGIS 10.2.1 for desktop is currently suspended. you must undo the changes made by thar installation to continue. do you want to undo those change?"

although I click "yes" but that error message appear continuously...

what should I do?

I'll wait solution... help me!!

but I already tried ArcGIS 10.2 Final Uninstallation Utility for Windows

when I click ArcGIS 10.2 Final Uninstallation Utility for Windows, all file that relating arc gis file is cleary removed

so ArcGIS 10.2 Final Uninstallation Utility for Windows tell me i can set up arcgis 10.2

but still appers error 1704 message 😞
