Hey! I have a problem installing the trial version of ArcGis Desktop 10.4

Every time is about to finish it tells me there was an error 1935 and something about the assembly component, and they give me the code HRESULT 0x80070002. I've already downloaded the setup program several times from the official page and I have tried to install it but the message keeps appearing. It has never happened with other programs and I will be really grateful if I received any help. (I have windows 10 and I've already checked if there is un upload necessary but it appears everything is fine)

there is a link "Check your computer's ability to run ArcGIS'

and while you are there, check out the hardware and software requirements.

definitely an issue with your machine/setup... then there is this

Possible Fix for installation Error 1935 in ArcGIS for Desktop and unexplained crashes in Desktop and Pro which suggests some other fixes and loops back to the first at some stage.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, I've just made the test about my computer ability and it seems everything is fine. And about the list, I'm positive about fulfilling all the requirements about software and hardware that are listed there (but the .Net framework 3.5 ... I got the 4.5 already... is that an issue? ).

guess you missed this check 4.5 is ok, but there is an order and other requirements... from that link

NET Framework 4.5 or higher must be installed prior to installing ArcGIS for Desktop.
Internet Explorer requirement: Microsoft Internet Explorer (minimum IE 9) must be installed prior to installing ArcGIS for Desktop. Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 are supported.

Now if none of that works, start trolling in the other threads I posted

i always find I need .net framework 3.5 too. Try adding that, reboot and see if that helps.

Thanks, I tried to check that too but it didn't work. It said something is wrong and it couldn't be completed ... so I tried commands like sfc and DISM to fix the system but they didn't work either. I guess there is something wrong with my windows but don't know what... (And my knowledge about this informatic and systems stuff are limited... ).

Thanks so much for the help. Sadly I have tried all the suggestions I found but they didn't seem to work. I've tried commands as sfc and DISM for fixing system problems but they didn't work. I guess there is a problem with Windows system but my knowledge about this things are limited.

The GUID referenced in the message pertains to a file for atl90 C Runtime. When this happens, a reboot of the machine usually allows the installation to be successful the next time. Try rebooting and run the setup again.
