    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;guess you missed this check&amp;nbsp; 4.5 is ok, but there is an order and other requirements... from that link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;NET Framework 4.5 or higher must be installed prior to installing ArcGIS for Desktop.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Internet Explorer requirement: &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 0.875rem; margin-bottom: 1.71429em;"&gt;Microsoft Internet Explorer (minimum IE 9) must be installed prior to installing ArcGIS for Desktop.       <title>Hey! I have a problem installing the trial version of ArcGis Desktop 10.4</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Every time is about to finish it tells me there was an error 1935 and something about the&amp;nbsp; assembly component, and they give me the code HRESULT 0x80070002. I've already downloaded the setup program several times from the official page and I have tried to install it but the message keeps appearing. It has never happened with other programs and I will be really grateful if I received any help. And about the list, I'm positive about fulfilling all the requirements about software and hardware that are listed there (but the .Net framework 3.5 ... I got the 4.5 already... is that an issue? ).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It said something is wrong and it couldn't be completed ... so I tried commands like sfc and DISM to fix the system but they didn't work either.
