    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using ArcMap Desktop 10.5.1. When I opened my computer today I found that I can no longer see the Network Analyst Toolbar. It is not grayed out, it simply will not pop up on my MXD whenever I click on the toolbar from Customize (or Customize Mode). I have tried resetting the toolbar, but this won't work either (see images below). All of the other Toolbars&amp;nbsp;are working just fine. Only this tool gives me issues. Does anybody have any idea how to solve this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="image-1 jive-image j-img-original" src="/legacyfs/online/373121_Example One.png" style="width: 620px; height: 475px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check Customize Extensions to ensure that the extension is toggled on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By chance that toolbar could be offscreen and you will have to search for it.&amp;nbsp; If you use a dual monitor, the fix is easy. otherwise you might have to try the alt tab thing or look around the edges for it.&amp;nbsp; Short of that renaming your Normal.mxt template in your profile might bring it back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
