      <title>Table of Contents trouble/question</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="j-excerpt-slug"&gt;I am running Windows 10, and ArcGIS Desktop 10.4.&amp;nbsp; I have several layers (feature classes) that are grouped together.&amp;nbsp; The&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; boxes by the layers only work sporadically when clicking them.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes clicking SEVERAL times will get the layer to show, but usually I have to restart the program.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else having this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
