What is Error 1935 that occurred during the installation of ArcGIS 10.2.2

When I installed ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.2 a error occurred as follow:

"Error 1935: An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {943B542A-A22E-38EB-885D-52C90B865DDA}. HRESULT: 0x800736FD."

After I clicked 'OK' the installation rolled back.

Do anyone know the reason of it and help me solve this problem? I really appreciate your help!

Hi Fan,

It seems to be a Low Registry space issue...

Go to Start > Type "regedit"

In Registry editor, go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control

Key: RegistrySizeLimit

Type: REG_DWORD

Value: 0xffffff (4294967295)

If the problem still persists, you could refer to the Esri Technical Arcticle‌ or contact the Esri Technical Support.

Fan, I would carefully read the link that Kishor sent, https://community.esri.com/thread/15893#6 since the detailed comments by V Stuart Foote are very useful, simply changing the registry key may not work in all cases
