A new Patchfinder utility with support for ArcGIS 10.4 builds has been posted to Esri support site:

Windows PatchFinder 10.1.2.1 (2016-02.09)

What's nice about this link is it has been stable throughout several versions so you can refresh from the URL every few months to keep it up to date.

This version as all others prior still do not show Server level. Just states ArcGIS 10.x.x for Server. Esri can this be added so the server level is shown - Advanced, Standard or Basic?

Wouldn't it work for any license level of ArcGIS Enterprise software?
