Installation Problem (Network Engineer with ArcGIS Desktop 10.1)

Hi,

I am trying to install ENE (Ericsson Network Engineer) version 7. I have installad ArcGIS 10.1 with SP1 and Oracle 11g R2. When I try to install Network Engineer, It pops up with the error "ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 for Desktop Hot Fix 262892 - Missing!"

Snapshot is attached for more clarification. Kindly help. I have searched world wide web for the hot fix but could not find.

That was a hot-fix delivered directly to Ericsson. I haven't been able to determine if it was incorporated into a later patch. It does say that the fix is in 10.2.1 (but not 10.2.0). In you're in the US, contact technical support and ask for QFE-101SP1-DT-262892. If you're outside the US, contact your local distributor.
