Error - Advanced ArcMap Settings

Hi,

I am trying to run the utility of "advanced arcmap settings" and I am not able to run it, I am getting this error "you are not licensed to run this product", how I can solve it? I am using 10.3 Esri Desktop Instructors

are you logged in as administrator on your machine?

Addendum or run it like this

Close all ArcGIS applications.

1) In Windows explorer, Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.2\Utilities

2) Right-click AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe > Run as administrator.

The above utility checks for valid ArcGIS for Desktop license. It seems the ArcGIS Administrator cannot retrieve any license or the license has expired. Can you open ArcMap? If not, check the licenses in ArcGIS Administrator/License Server Manager.

This also works when you try to get rid of license expiry notifications within ArcMap Advanced Settings Utility and get the following message: 'You must run this application as Administrator to change this key'. Thank you Dan!
