Desktop licensing without a network?

We have a small office and only 2 concurrent use licenses for ArcGIS Desktop. Up until a few months ago we ran a windows server and used it as the license server, but have since switched to G Suite and done away with any hardwired networking. I am the only regular user of the desktop software so I made my machine the license server. How can I get another machine in our office to borrow our extra license?

If you have 2 licenses on your machine you can de authorize them and then authorize only 1.

Then install license manager on the other machine and authorize the other license.

Floating licenses does not have to be installed on one machine.
