When a machine is not connected to the web the way to get a license is to create authorize.txt file or get the machine ID from the license manager. In all the machines I checked there are 2-3 lines of UMN (see screen shot).

We have one machine that we would like to install license manager on there is only one line.

ESRI cannot create a license file on this number. The authorize.txt has only one line too.

Does anybody have any idea what can be different on this machine and how to we get the second line?

Thanks

Mody

Hi Mody

What version of the LM are you using? Has the machine been upgraded from a previous version? If so what?

If you are using 10.3, it may be worth trying to uninstall 10.3, and install 10.2.x. Once that is installed and working, then try and upgrade from 10.2.x to 10.3. We have seen this resolve the issue before.
