May I ask if the attached document describes the cartographic proccess to be followed in order to create map product in automaded way.

Please note that we use the Esri Defense Mapping 10.5.1. Patch 7 and TDS 7.0 data schema.

Since TDS does not host boundary data, how can they be incoporated in the cartigraphic proccess?

Regards

Argyro

Hi Argyro

Hopefully you’ve had a chance to test the Cartographic Automation document and found this to be useful for constructing map products. The cartographic automation production workflow described in this document is intended to highlight the tools available in ArcGIS Defense Mapping that standardize map production and reduce production times.

Although the TDS does not host boundary data, ancillary boundary data can be loaded into the Administrative Boundary Curve and Surface feature classes found in the TDS_CARTO feature data set.

Best Regards,

Bo
