    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Jim,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When DR for Server is federated with Portal, the Report Feature widget requires a non-Viewer role.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The widget is leveraging the &lt;A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/rest-write-result.htm"&gt;writeResult&lt;/A&gt; and&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/rest-write-feature-as-result.htm"&gt;writeFeatureAsResult&lt;/A&gt; REST operations which requires the &lt;STRONG&gt;Edit features&lt;/STRONG&gt; privilege.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/use/widget-report-feature.htm"&gt;Report Feature widget&lt;/A&gt; for Web AppBuilder on Portal require specific user types for usage? I know it requires the ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Server extension. But can't tell if certain user type licenses (i.e. non-Viewers) are required for users to report data issues. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
