Service Pack 4 - Create Seesion Error

Hi guys,
After installing Data Reviewer Service Pack 4, while trying to create a new session we get the following error:
"Unable to create a new Reviewer session. Unknown error: Unable to create all reviewer workspace tables"
With previous versions of the service pack we had not this error.
Attached is a picture of it

Please can someone confirm that ESRI is a bug in Service Pack 4?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Your reviewer workspace must be in SQL Express.

Another user encountered this issue and the following defect exists in our defect tracking system:

TFS 26092 - Session Manager: Error message encountered on trying to set a new SQL Express geodatabase as Reviewer workspace

The workaround would be to keep one machine at SP3 Build 1013 for ArcGIS Data Reviewer and create your sessions using that machine.

The tentative planned fix version for TFS 26092 is Patch1 for ArcGIS Data Reviewer SP4. The tentative release for Patch1 for ArcGIS Data Reviewer SP4 is about 3-4 weeks.

A patch for Data Reviewer 10 Service Pack 4 that addresses the issue with creating the Reviewer workspace in a SDE database via the session manager dialog has just been publised.
