      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can validate a 10.1 geodatabase and have a 10.3 Reviewer workspace.&amp;nbsp; Obviously, these have to be separate geodatabases.&amp;nbsp; And you have to be using ArcGIS 10.3 Desktop on the client machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Just a side note I talk with our GIS Administrators the other day and they want to roll full force with DR for Server and incorporate the dashboard through Flex/ Java script.
