There was an error reading the batch file(s):&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The check will run but i cannot open it for editing...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The file in question is checking for a variety of geometry issues&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This seems to have started after I upgraded from 10 to 10.1.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am experimenting the same error and again it didn't help me installing my ArcGIS 10.1 Data Reviewer SP1 and its Patch 6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried also to save it in another file and give it another name but still it is giving the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The file is in a proper Enterprise Environment and the risk of corruption is not&amp;nbsp; maximal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've not heard of issues with creating and reopening the Reviewer Batch jobs in version 10.2.2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basic steps for creating a batch job:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add the data you want to validate in ArcMap.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open Reviewer Batch Job Manager&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Create a New Group&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add a check&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Configure the check&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Save the batch job&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In Batch Validate, open the batch job&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on Validate All&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Run the batch job.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the exact error message you are receiving when you try to open the batch job?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it works.&amp;nbsp; If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling.&amp;nbsp; I have 10.2.2 and 10.3.1 and have not had any issues creating and using my batch jobs.&amp;nbsp; If you don't get it working after the reinstall, follow up with tech support again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
