ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10.4.1 fails to display the “update status” field of correction and verification in the “reviewer table”,

I couldn’t figure out how to add the “update status” field of correction (Resolved, Make As exception, etc.) and verification (acceptable, unacceptable, etc.) as shown in the screenshots below

This field is used to be displayed in the earlier versions (last screenshot below)
