If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
Tim

Table to Table Attribute check is the correct check.

1. What version of Data Reviewer are you using?

2. What is the build number for Data Reviewer?

3. Can you attach a screenshot of all the property settings on your Table to Table Attribute Check Properties dialog? If you chose 'Compare Attributes', I will need a screenshot of the Compare Attributes dialog as well.

4. If you chose 'Compare Attributes', did you click 'Add' on the Compare Attributes dialog to add your condition to 'Error Conditions'.

I am running ArcGIS Desktop 10 SP1 Build 2800 and ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10 SP1 Build 580, the Table to Table Attribute Check is working as expected with my test data.

Try using the geometry on geometry check.

1. Set your point feature class as feature class 1.
2. Set the county polygons feature class as feature class 2.
3. Set the spatial relation to intersects
4. Select the Compare Attributes and configure your error condition to "county attribute" <> "county attibute"
