Browse Features Locking Up

If I use the Browse Features, I am able to go through about 20 or so, before it locks up ArcMap. Everything is frozen, and the only way I see out of the situation is to KILL ArcMap.

Please confirm the following:

1. What is the version and build no. of all the ArcGIS Desktop and PLTS you are using?
2. What type of data you are working with, is it SDE/File/Personal Geodatabase?
3. Which checks are you running?
4. Are you running Batch Jobs or individual checks?

1. ArcGIS 10 Desktop Build 2414. Not Sure of the build number for Reviewer (but the was that was released for 10).
2. Using File GB for Reviewer.
3. Default Checks I am using are below:
The checks where I have seen this behavior are marked with *:
Invalid Geometry
*MultiLine
MultiPoly
*PolyLine of Path Self Intersect

4. I am running individual Checks on 6 different layers:
Parcel Ref (Lines 235,997 Features)
Parcel Lines (Lines over 2 Million Features)
Parcel Poly (Poly over 700,000 Features)
Mineral Rights (Poly 226 Features)
Condos (Poly and Subtype 33,023 Features)
AOI (Book and Page) (Poly over 23,000 Features)

So, far, I have been unable to run a Full database Check for Parcel Lines, and Have done it only once for Parcels.
